In parallel, the number of new guitar festivals grew so that today, 24 years after its foundation, there are about 45 festivals in Southeast Europe. Accordingly, the basis is acquired, as well as the need for ASEG to become a union or association of festivals, that is, guitar events of Southeastern Europe. The exchange of programs, students, knowledge, practices, and experiences, and learning about current trends in the organization of guitar events with the purpose of maximizing the global popularization of classical guitar is the primary aim of this project.
